At Sherburn Scouts we build on our experiences from Cubs, from teamwork and outdoor exploration to community involvement, setting our young people on a path of personal growth and adventure.

Sherburn in Elmet Beavers are open to children between six and eight years old. Sessions are filled with fun activities where our beavers can earn badges by learning skills that cover all aspects of scouting.
Sherbrun Squirrels is the perfect introduction to scouts, with fun crafts, events and activities designed for 4-6 year olds.
Explorers in the scouting community are typically teenagers between the ages of 14 and 18, and they engage in more advanced outdoor adventures, leadership development, and service projects.
Through their Explorer journey, they gain valuable life skills, discover their passions, and prepare for the challenges of adulthood including the Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE).
